About us
Crewz’n for a Brewz’n Run Club began in 2024 in the heart of Morris County, New Jersey, with a simple goal—bring people together through movement, connection, and community. What started as a few friends running and grabbing post-run drinks has grown into a year-round nonprofit organization committed to making fitness fun, inclusive, and meaningful. We run in all seasons (yes, even the winter) and welcome runners of all levels.
More than just running
At Crewz’n for a Brewz’n, we believe community goes beyond the miles. While running is what brought us together, it’s the meaningful connections we’ve built that keep us going. We regularly gather outside of our runs to celebrate life and support one another—whether it’s hosting our annual Crewzgiving, throwing a festive holiday party, or meeting up to cheer on our favorite sports teams.
This crew is about more than pace and finish lines—we show up for each other in every way. We push each other to grow, support one another through life’s highs and lows, and make sure no one ever feels alone on or off the course.

Christina Yanas
Our marketing expert who brings the hype and heart to every run. She shows up with encouragement to motivate the crew. Christina is running the Medellin Marathon on September 7th, 2025.
Secretary
Emma Nunez
As our Secretary, Emma brings uplifting energy and a calm, grounded presence that keeps us motivated. She began her running journey in 2015 with solo trail runs, but now enjoys road running with the crew and values the connections made. Emma has completed seven half marathons and recently ran her first matathon in Hawaii with her husband, Alfonso.

A passionate teacher and dedicated runner. Whether she's in the classroom or out getting her miles in, she brings the energy, encouragement and good vibes!

Amy Strunck
Amy brings energy and heart to the Crewz'n community. As a dedicated runner, she finds that running helps her thrive as a mom, wife and teacher. She's the creative mind behind our monthly newsletter.
TReasurer
Taylor Sultanov
Our Treasurer and devoted dog mom to Jax, who's become an honorary Crew member at our runs. Taylor keeps our finances in check and bring support and good energy to the community.

Nate Cooper
Nate makes sure that everyone feels safe, supported and welcomed during our runs. Known for his friendly spirit and genuine conversations, Nate brings positive energy and connection to the Crew.
